Tattooo Removal

Tattooo Removal

A tattoo may have seemed like a good idea at the time but if you wish your permanent mark was not so permanent you can erase it forever with laser tattoo removal.

‘Black and blue tattoo removals are easy to treat and it is possible to treat some other colours although white, yellow and bright colours are difficult to remove’

How does the YAG laser work to remove tattoos?

The laser emits a pulse of light that is preferentially absorbed into certain colours of tattoo ink. The light enters the skin and it produces a ‘shock wave’ effect and breaks up the tattoo ink particles into smaller pieces. The particles are recognised by the body as something that shouldn’t be there and are then removed naturally via the bodies own elimination system.

Skin Care – The winter months can be tiring for your body and soul and your skin can easily become dry, flaky and dehydrated.

If your skin feels likes it needs some skin care attention, then here are some useful skincare tips:

Skin Exfoliation

Skin exfoliation for your face and body can provide the revitalisation and stimulation that the skin needs during winter. This can be carried out twice a week by using products such as Karin Herzog’s Shower Body Scrub or Facial Scrub. Exfoliators remove dead skin cells, enhancing the skin’s appearance and improving circulation. They also allow other skin care products to work more effectively due to the removal of dead skin.

Collagen Red Light, Anti-Aging, Therapy Works

Collagen Red Light Therapy

Collagen Red Light Therapy

From our late 20′s onwards, collagen diminishes in our bodies at a rate of about 1.5% a year. Once this process starts, the signs of aging begin. Fine lines, wrinkles and age spots appear. Unexplained aches and pains are often experienced. These symptoms are indicators of a depletion of collagen, elastin and vitamin D in our bodies.

Temporary treatments such as collagen enhanced creams are available, but they only penetrate the top few layers of skin. As we naturally shed skin everyday, we loose the benefit of the cream quite quickly.

Collagen or Red light anti aging therapy, which is also know as Photo Rejuvenation, was developed as a result of research done by NASA and trialed extensively in hospitals in the USA and other countries throughout the world and has been found to help in many areas. These range from helping to kill the bacteria associated with acne to promoting the healing of wounds in children who, as a result of treatment for cancer, developed acute mouth ulcers resulting from the use of chemotherapy and radiation.

Skincare health begins on the inside

You need to drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated, particularly when central heating leaves it parched. Alcohol, starchy foods and coffee all take their toll on your skincare, so counteract this by eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and getting enough sleep.
